Freedom to Flow is a mobile trauma informed and cannabis conscious yoga and holistic wellness studio currently based in Johannesburg. We have a studio in Rivonia and do pop up classes and events in and around Johannesburg

We believe that yoga is not limited to age, body type & size, ethnicity, lifestyle or location. This is why we offer affordable, accessible, inclusive and versatile classes.
